The system is very easy to use and you can train your Front Desk agent in less than 2 minutes on how to use it.  The wake-up system is flawless and your Night Auditor will love it.   Tech support is awesome and rarely needed but when you do, they are on it.  I highly recommend the system to any hotel upgrading their phone system.
